Don’t Blame Me…

While I was in college, one of professors invited guest lecturers. One of the guest lecturers (politicians) told us a story about a ‘new’ sheriff. This sheriff was looking around his office when he noticed 4 envelopes in his top desk drawers.

The first envelope, on the outside, said “open this envelope first when you are having political difficulty”. Inside the envelope was a sheet a paper saying “Blame the previous sheriff.” He did this and he was re-elected.

The second envelope, on the outside, said “open this envelope second, when you are having political difficulty”. Inside the envelope was a sheet a paper saying “Blame the Opposing Political Party.” He did this and he was re-elected.

The third envelope, on the outside, said “open this envelope third, when you are having political difficulty”. Inside the envelope was a sheet a paper saying “Blame the County Commissioners.” He did this and he was re-elected.

The last envelope, on the outside, said “open this envelope last, when you are having political difficulty”. Inside the envelope was a sheet a paper saying “Write 4 letters to the next sheriff.” He did this and he was not re-elected.

Obama and his Administration has made so many mistakes, errors, gaffes and blunders that he has used up his first three envelopes and he is trying to not to have to write his 4 letters; unfortunately, he has no other option. Obama wants to keep blaming the prior president and Cabinet, but the American people are not falling for it. Obama made all these promises as a nominee for President and he hasn’t ‘fixed’ anything. He can’t keep blaming others, he must admit he wasn’t up to the job.

He should have been impeached already; but, since he was not, he should be removed from office by the electorate.

My name is Jack Pierce and I am interested in politics. I used to say that "if you are not helping to elect local politicians, then you deserve what you get". I am fed up with what we get and I want to make a difference. Join Me.
